Win3 Group (Zhejiang Huacai Optic-technology Co. Ltd), established in 2003, specializes in the design, production, and R&D of safe & intelligent mining LED lighting equipment and environmental detection devices. We are dedicated to providing global mining enterprises with safe & intelligent miners' lamps and dealing with the compatibility with safety production systems. Win3 has over 25 years of experience cooperating with underground workers on average. They specialize in the R&D of the integration of energy-saving LED technology with intelligent tags and power supply life span extension technology.

Compliant with IECEx and ATEX Standards
Our design and manufacturing facilities have been qualified for IECEx and ATEX
standards, and we have a quality system and a company culture of continuous improvement. We have also done many integration projects with some of the most famous tracking and collision avoidance companies in the world. We have been doing business with more than 40 major international mining groups for many years, including Codelco (copper mines), Sasol (coal mines), Harmony & Sibanye (gold mines), Lonmin & Glencore (platinum mines).

In July 2014, Win3 Group became the first Chinese enterprise engaging in the mining lighting industry to obtain the IECEx certificate. In July 2016, our K0-K5 series products obtained the ATEX certificate. Now, Win3 is the only one in China and one of the only four in the world that holds both IECEx and ATEX certificates with its products reaching both IECEx's and ATEX's highest safety level, IA. Since 2013, Win3 has been providing products and services to Angola gold and platinum gold in South Africa and a copper mine in Chile. In 2015, Win3 became one of the only Chinese vendors of special mining lighting equipment to the world's biggest copper group, Coldeco.

Obtained 29 Patents
Win3 establishes core competitiveness through the R&D team's global cooperation and coordinating tech with the market. In 2015, Win3 was identified as a high-tech SME by Zhejiang Province. Up to 2024, Huacai has obtained 29 patents.
